Are you cleansing the total you?

This week we will concentrate on internal cleansing of the body. Most of us take fairly good care of our outsides. That is, we bath or shower regularly. If we didn’t those around us would let us know that is not OK.
Have you thought about the inside of your body. When is the last time you cleansed the inside of your body? Most people never think about it and our doctors seldom recommend it.
This however, is a very important process to maintain and improve our health. Many dis-eases can result from our bodies carrying toxic and unhealthy matter is the intestines and blood vessels.
Because of the unhealthy eating habits of most of the society it is possible to accumulate many pounds of fecal matter in our intestines. When John Wayne died, the autopsy revealed that he had over fifty pounds of fecal matter in his intestines.
These impurities in the body can cause a host of problems, which can become life threatening. These impurities can come from a host of things.
White, bleached flour turns to a paste like material in the body, just as you used to make paste in school from flour and water. This is why we are told to stay away from white breads and pastries.
Toxins in the air and water are taken into the bodies when we breathe and drink water containing toxins. Over the years this can cause health problems.
It has been suggested that we take the time to cleanse the inside of our bodies periodically. I, personally, do a cleansing routine about once a year.
I will not try to tell you how often and what method to use when cleansing. There are several techniques around and it is up to you to do your research to find the technique that is right for you. I ask you to decide if this is something that you could benefit from.
This week I will present other opinions on the value of cleansing and offer information on several different techniques.
I will say that internal cleansing is a part of the ultimate healthy lifestyle. Cleansing the inside of the body can be even more important than cleansing the outside.
