  • While loosing weight you must also care for skin toning and this is when stretching and several weight exercises come in picture.
  • Never try a new exercise without your trainer’s supervision as you might end up with a muscle pull.
  • A healthy weight loss exercise plan involves 5 days of exercise in a week and right eating habits.
  • Not only what you are eating matters but when you are eating is equally important. When your trainer gives you a weight loss exercise plan you are also told not to eat something too late at night.
