Want to work out at home?

As I mentioned yesterday I am a member of a health club. I go to the club mostly to swim. I have a gym set up at home and prefer working out at home. At home I can work out whenever I want to and do not have to waste time waiting for equipment. It is really not that expensive to have a home gym if you have the room.
You do not need a lot of equipment to work out, here is an article which explains.

No weight, nothing. Just you squatting with your own bodyweight. Many people think that because this is a simple exercise that it’s automatically easy. Not so. This really tests you. What you ideally want to do is 25 squats in a row. Then take a short rest and repeat. Doing this for 4 sets everyday not only will tone and tighten your legs, but also help you to shed fat from all over your body.
A total body workout that helps us lose weight, get into shape regardless of inclement weather and requires less effort is the ideal activity that most people would choose to do. The outdoors provides many forms of great activities, but what happens the nice weather turns miserable? Some are fortunate to live where this is not a concern, but most of us do long for better weather at some point.
Since you won’t be needing any complex gym equipment for these exercises, you can easily find a good spot in your house and let your body
do all the work. That’s the beauty of these kinds of exercises.
I currently have one of the doorway bars that I can use at home. I have had no problems with it; it hangs onto the door frame securely enough for me. I have had guys that weight up to 185 pounds use it and it felt secure. You do have to bend the knees to keep your feet off the floor but that is a small thing to worry about because the bar is convenient to use.
With exercise equipment getting cheaper to purchase, busy schedules getting busier, and the advent of the home gym, many people are now choosing to exercise at home which is fine, and oftentimes more convenient meaning they are actually working out more frequently than they would if they had to go to a gym.
