Step seven: Every morning when you wake up, before you leave your bed, lie down for ten minutes and look for things that make you feel good.

At first when you do this, it might feel a bit weird, But you will start observing change on mornings when you wake up more positive after using this process.

Week four:

Continue using the processes previously written.

Step Eight: Start writing the positive occurrences that are happening to you. Learn to appreciate your life and the good things.
