What’s in your mind?“

“To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.” ~ Buddha

We have heard that everything begins in the mind. How many of us really get the message? If we do we realize that what we think on an everyday basis is creating our reality.

Before we get anything, we must think about it. Before we go anywhere, we must think about it. Everything man has made began in some one’s mind.

It is said that we humans only use 10 or 15% of our minds. What absolute miracles lay dormant in the other 85 to 90%? Think of the miracles that lay dormant in your mind.

With this in mind it stands to reason that if we could only find a way to tap into that unused portion of our minds there would be nothing that we could not accomplish.

How do we tap into the far reaches of our mind and use what is contained therein to enrich our lives and the lives of those around us? There are several techniques we can use. This week we will talk about how to tap into the power of the mind.

One of the first things we must do is develop a sense of self. Who are we? Most people believe that we are a physical being and every once in a while we have a spiritual experience. In reality, we are spiritual beings having a physical experience.

Quantum Physics have discovered the web of life or as some call it, “The Mind of God.” This is the energy lines of the Universe that connect all things. This prove that we are connected to each other and to all things in the Universe.

If we can embrace that fact, then we can see that there is nothing in the Universe, both physically and Spiritually that we cannot have access to.

It has been show that when a great idea is formed in one mind it is also  formed in other minds in other parts of our planet. When the automobile was being invented it was being invented in different parts of the world at the same time.

This is true of all ideas because the idea first forms in the mind and all minds are connected. When the idea is being formed all who are on the frequency of the idea will get it.

The reason that only a few people take action on the idea is because most, even though they think of it, will not act on it for various reasons. They may be afraid of looking stupid, or what others will say about them, or simply fear that they cannot be successful.

I encourage you to make it a daily habit to practice some technique or discipline that will open the hidden recesses of your mind and use the uncovered knowledge to enrich your life and the lives of others.

TODAY’S TIP: Remember that you are, “The Great I Am.” This means you are divine and have the Universe at your fingertips.

How powerful are you?
